Drawing inspiration from her own childhood experiences in the far-flung port city of Vladivostok. Katerina has elevated the concept of “farm-to-table” to new heights, or rather, depths.

Fondly reminiscing about her grandmother’s nurturing care. Katerina recalled how her babushka’s breast milk provided solace and sustenance. When her own mother was absent or indifferent, usually out drinking copious amounts of potato Vodka with the local Cossacks.

Despite some local controversy over the questionable use of old tit milk in her drinks. Katerina remains undeterred, staunchly defending her decision to honour her cultural roots and celebrate the nurturing spirit of Russian grandmothers.

Customers flocking to THE Coffee shop ‘Baltic Bean Bar’ can choose from exotic beverages such as ‘Czarina Cappuccinos’, ‘Trans-Siberian Espressos’ and the top-selling “Ice-cold Shrivelled Nipple”.
